About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As a key member of our Employment Plus team, you will play a vital role in empowering people to find employment and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to employment.
  • Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready, providing participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve results.
About You
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including job seekers, employers, and colleagues.
  • A confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment, with a flexible and solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
