Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Advisor to join our Risk and Compliance team. The successful candidate will support business units to understand and manage their risks and obligations, while contributing to a strong risk culture.

  • Supporting the identification of key risks across various business units
  • Assisting with the development and documentation of control frameworks
  • Analysing incidents and breaches to identify root causes and process gaps
  • Supporting business units in understanding their key compliance requirements
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for risk governance forums
  • Providing strategic risk advice on business initiatives

You will be a detail-oriented risk professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will bring a proactive approach and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.

  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or consulting
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A thorough understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial, risk, or business-related field
