Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams, ensuring safety and efficiency in fast-paced operational environments. A good understanding of food safety, WHS, and quality assurance is essential, along with strong leadership agility and diplomacy skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with national standards and policies.
- Coordinating and supervising the team to provide exceptional service delivery to clients and aircraft.
- Overseeing all operational and service delivery activities, including managing ongoing costs and budgets.
- Making recommendations on service procedures and quality improvements.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Investigating and analysing production and operational issues.
- Implementing corrective action plans to resolve incidents and maintenance reports.
- Analysing data to minimise future risk and improve operational efficiency.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work both on the floor and in the office as needed. A competitive six-figure salary is offered, along with five weeks' annual leave, free parking, staff meals, and uniforms.
