Role Overview

We are working with a fast-growing business in the food and beverage sector that provides energy solutions for companies.

  • The company is looking for a commercially-minded finance manager to join their team in a newly created role, focusing on financial planning and analysis.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of instilling new processes and systems into the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build the financial planning and analysis function with the support of an analyst, driving strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Report directly to the chief financial officer (CFO), providing data-driven insights for senior leadership to inform business strategy.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through data-driven reporting and analysis, and collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Work closely with the technical finance manager to establish high standards for the team and ensure seamless integration with other business units.
About You
  • Hold a certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Bring strong business partner skills, with experience in the food and beverage/manufacturing industry.
