Building and Pest Inspector Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team as a Building and Pest Inspector. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled building and pest inspections, identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough building and pest inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Provide detailed reports with practical recommendations to ensure the safety, integrity, and compliance of homes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered/Licensed Builder with experience in residential building inspections.
  • Completed Residential Building Inspections course and timber pest units.
  • Proven experience as a Building & Pest Inspector, Registered/Licensed Builder, or Licensed Pest Technician.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
