Retail Systems Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our retail systems. This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement D365 solutions for retail operations, including ERP and POS systems
- Ensure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments
- Align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans
- Explore and suggest new D365 features or tools that could benefit retail systems
- Guide development teams to follow the right architecture and technical standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP
- Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers
