About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners - Vodafone.

As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in FMCG channels and be responsible for providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients.

You will implement their retail marketing plans in store, ensuring their product is visible, accessible, and available to the consumer at all times.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and use store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department, and Petrol Channels
  • Create point of sale displays, complete planograms, and ensure the product is well-stocked and maintained
  • Negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share
  • Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
  • Hold and utilize stock and point of sale sent to you
  • Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
  • Provide feedback and relevant data to Field Managers
Location and Hours:

Working across the Wollongong area, you will visit suburbs including Bowral, Shellharbour, and surrounding suburbs.

This Part-time role is 14 hours per week, preferably across Wednesday to Friday, but days are flexible.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores) highly desired
  • Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
  • Creatively minded, thinks outside the box
  • Hunger to make a difference in their territory and achieve sales results
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
  • Able to work in an autonomous role
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to competently use technology
