We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Valuer to join our dynamic team at JLL. As a key member of our Valuations and Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support and technical assistance to our Directors.

As an Assistant Valuer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including commercial and industrial property valuations, financial analysis, and market research. You will be working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and accurate valuations under supervision
  • Undertaking financial and sensitivity analysis to support business-winning teams
  • Compiling and verifying market evidence for reports
  • Preparing, editing, and modifying computer cashflow models
  • Providing direct assistance to enable Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions
Requirements:
  • Completed or nearing completion of tertiary qualifications in a property-related field
  • A passion for the property industry
  • High degree of computer literacy, sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic
