Dispensary Technician Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires the right candidate to work effectively with our pharmacy team in Queensland, Australia.

  • Work closely with the pharmacist to ensure efficient dispensary operations
  • Manage stock ordering, unpacking, and maintain a well-organized dispensary area
  • Provide reliable advice on over-the-counter medicines and health needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across the dispensary and front of shop
  • Support Webster packing and other dispensary tasks as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous pharmacy experience and product knowledge (S2/S3 meds preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills and a people-focused approach
  • Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a positive team mindset
  • Warm, approachable communication and a caring nature
  • Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and/or Dispensary Technician qualifications (advantageous)
