As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where safety is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring your work area is always safe and completing tasks in a safe manner within process standards.

About the Role:
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver daily tasks including picking, packing, palletising, and product inspections to expected performance levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other Team Members to support the achievement of team and DC goals.
  • Cybernetics Enhancements: Participate in regular training and assessment for DC tasks to maintain currency with standard processes and procedures.
About You:
  • You have previous experience working in a Distribution Centre, warehouse, or inventory/stock management area.
  • You are familiar with processing, storage, packing, and retrieval/despatch of goods.
  • You possess completed safety training for a warehouse or DC environment.
  • You have experience using pick technology (hand scanners, voice picking units).
  • You can work with multiple product types and storage requirements.
