We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas casual team across the Sunshine Coast. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by assisting with daily tasks such as restocking shelves, receiving stock, and helping customers find their perfect shoes. You will also play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and is motivated to work in a team environment. If you love working with people, enjoy fast-paced days, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is great, but not a must
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
