Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Shape and grow your domain to ensure delivery while driving complex technical work.
  • Define and implement best-in-class performance standards across the engineering organization.
  • Support and develop a group of Engineering Managers, ensuring they have the right support and challenges.
  • Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders within and outside the engineering organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technical leader of a larger organization.
  • Background as a hands-on Software Engineer with a good understanding of system design.
  • Conversant in large-scale application development, microservice architectures, and SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of how to translate product and business goals into tech strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and focus on commercial outcomes.
