The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mining industry, with experience in training systems, SHMS, WHS, and Coal Mining legislation. They will also possess proven leadership and productivity enhancement skills, with a focus on best practice control operations.

The successful Training Coordinator will lead the team in executing the IOC Learning and Development Strategy, Training Framework, and Training Needs Analysis. They will also manage and coach Specialist Line Trainers to deliver effective training across IOC operations, ensuring the effectiveness of training is measured and reported to key stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on the client's operations. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the mining industry and its operations
  • Proven leadership and productivity enhancement skills
  • Experience in training systems, SHMS, WHS, and Coal Mining legislation
  • Ability to foster a culture of care and high standards across control operations
