Business Engagement Adviser Degree Apprentice

The role involves supporting planning and delivery of a range of employer engagement and marketing activities that position Kingston University as a degree apprenticeship partner of choice for employers.

This includes managing social media promotion of Kingston University Degree Apprenticeships, supporting faculties in growing enrolments on degree apprenticeships, and planning and delivering employer engagement and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with faculties to drive business growth through degree apprenticeships
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for employer engagement and marketing activities
  • Managing the university's online presence to promote degree apprenticeships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an apprenticeship training provider
  • Strong IT skills, including at least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at different levels
