Job OverviewThis role involves providing one-on-one home-based care to children and young people with high and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Acceptance and Support: Embrace the strengths and needs of children and young people, ensuring they receive the clinical and therapeutic support they require.
- Caring Capability: Consistently meet the care needs of children with high and complex needs, participating in essential training programs to enhance your skills.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in Care Team Meetings, working under the supervision of a Therapeutic Specialist to implement therapeutic strategies.
- Higher Communication Standards: Engage in frequent and transparent communication with the care team, providing regular updates and receiving guidance.
- Home Support: Welcome increased support and guidance within your home to facilitate therapeutic care planning.
- Reflective Learning: Participate in ongoing accredited training and reflective practice to continually develop your skills and understanding.
