About the Role

This is a varied and dynamic position as Spare Parts Coordinator that involves following up on orders, purchasing, and managing backorders for clients.

  • Provide expert support to customers and dealers regarding parts enquiries over the phone
  • Process parts orders with suppliers and update customers and dealers on order status
  • Prepare quotations and sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage sales and purchasing orders efficiently
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, customers, and suppliers on parts delivery and shipment
  • Update and maintain schedules for shipment activities to customers and dealers
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues while maintaining accurate records on the database
  • Assist with stock take activities when required

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration who possesses excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills. Intermediate Excel skills are essential, with SAP experience being desirable but not necessary.
