Job Title: Personalised Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide personalised and people-focused support, helping individuals unleash their full potential.

A typical day in this role may involve:

  • Supporting Person-Centred Plans: Collaborate with customers to identify life goals and work towards achieving them;
  • Participating in Recreational Activities: Join customers in leisure activities that promote social interaction and enjoyment;
  • Supporting Daily Living Skills: Assist customers with meal preparation, housekeeping, health and hygiene, medication administration, and attending appointments;
  • Ensuring Positive Behaviour Support: Follow established plans to promote positive behaviour and well-being;
  • Administration Duties: Complete mandatory daily reports and perform other administrative tasks as required.

We require someone who is passionate about providing service and assistance, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is willing to train in manual handling and medication administration.
