This is a key leadership position that requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring that our centre delivers exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including the implementation of our world-class curriculum, management of staff performance, and maintenance of regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with our children, families, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of our world-class curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our children and families.
  • Staff Performance Management: Manage staff performance, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure high levels of achievement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the centre maintains regulatory compliance, meeting all relevant government requirements.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders.

Requirements
