Key Responsibilities

This role will lead and direct activities related to the timely and safe manufacture and supply of products. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, providing leadership and resources to improve safety and engagement, and championing continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in managing manufacturing activities in a FMCG environment with food experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change, and process improvement.
  • A strong understanding of Food Quality & Safety Standards.
  • Experience in driving high safety culture and applying Safe work policies.
