Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Coordinate the creation and delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels, including stadium perimeter LED, IPTV, Big Screen, and TVCs.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely content checklists and instructions are provided to the scheduling team.
  4. Collaborate with the Content Manager to plan and execute content deliverables for the VRC program and Spring Racing Carnival.
  5. Provide support for content-related projects and initiatives, including financial documentation and project management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless content delivery.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient systems and creative development.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in content management or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Proficiency in content management systems and digital file management.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
