Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for the children in our care.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working in the Toddler room. As a Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include ensuring a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times, leading and developing engaging educational programs, mentoring and supporting educators, overseeing and approving centre Storypark posts, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with families to ensure each child's learning journey is supported and enriched.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • An approved working with children check (state specific)
