Senior Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team in providing a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational, and physical needs of children.

About the Role:
  • Ensure high health & safety standards at all times
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs
  • Mentor and support educators to plan meaningful learning experiences
  • Oversee and approve learning plans
  • Provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with families to ensure each child's learning journey is supported
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Approved working with children check
  • Demonstrated passion for nurturing learners
  • Experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning
  • Strong written communication and literacy skills
  • A collaborative mindset committed to working as part of a community of learners
