We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will build strong relationships with customers, analyze their financial situations, and provide personalized loan solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with our team to deliver top-notch service, manage multiple files simultaneously, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with existing and potential borrowers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial situations and provide tailored loan solutions.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple files simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Loan Management: Lock loans, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages.
  • Accurate Structuring: Structure and price loans accurately, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment. A strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and a top producer mindset is essential.

You should have complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs and hold a current NMLS license.
