{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set and execute store strategies to achieve year-on-year growth
* Monitor and analyze financial targets, implementing necessary changes for improvement
* Ensure effective staffing for seasonal peaks and troughs
* Oversee and manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
* Effectively manage people management activities in accordance with company practices and values
* Build a high-performance and safe work culture within the store
* Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill

What We Offer:

* Competitive base salary starting from $110,000 + Super
* Up to $5,000 per month in commission
