About the Role

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team, driving two key workstreams:

Intelligent Automation (primary): embedding AI-driven automation into developers' daily workflows.

Scaffolding Frameworks (secondary): building .NET-based frameworks for rapid API, worker and service bootstrapping.

You'll prototype, build and productionize AI-driven developer tools—working predominantly in Python, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prototype Intelligent Automation to Impact: Rapidly spin up AI-powered developer workflows, validate them, then harden successful spikes into production-ready components.
  • Build Shared AI Infrastructure: Create prompt libraries, CLI tooling and CI/CD pipelines making agentic capabilities plug-and-play.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with engineers, SRE and Platform teams to gather requirements and champion adoption.
  • Integrate & Automate: Build shared prompt libraries, CLI tooling and CI/CD pipelines making it trivial for engineers to adopt agentic capabilities.
  • Ensure Reliability & Observability: Instrument components with metrics and logging to monitor performance at scale.
  • Support Scaffolding Framework Evolutions: Contribute to our .NET-based scaffolding framework where needed.
  • Continuous Exploration: Research emerging AI/ML frameworks, share learnings and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Python Expertise: 2+ years building production-grade services or AI integrations.
  • .NET Familiarity: Comfortable reading and contributing to C#/.NET Core libraries.
  • Agentic Algorithms Experience: Hands-on implementation of multi-agent or search/optimization algorithms.
  • Cloud & DevOps Proficiency: Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Curious & Collaborative Spirit: Eager to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate closely with teams.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate feedback into robust solutions driving real time-savings.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Share insights openly, coach peers on new tools and thrive in cross-functional teams.
