Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Mechanical Service Specialist is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing routine service and aftermarket support to our customers on the entire Genie range.

Main Tasks and Deliverables:
  • Carry out, service, repair, maintain, and rebuild of Genie equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time to facilitate seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize hazard identification tools and systems to guarantee safe work practices are implemented and work areas are free from hazards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain precise records of machinery maintenance and repairs to enable informed decision-making.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Current driver's license to facilitate on-site work.
  • Proven experience in field service work on mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure expertise in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Desirable knowledge of elevated work platform operation to expand skillset.
  • Ability to perform thorough troubleshooting and repair work on machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
