Public Relations Account Coordinator Job Description

The Public Relations Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of public relations services to clients. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the execution of public relations strategies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of public relations services to clients
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to meet client objectives
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other materials as required
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and community leaders
  • Provide administrative support to the account team, including data entry, research, and filing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in public relations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
