  • Equipment Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of clinic equipment, including scheduling of repairs and maintenance.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an up-to-date asset register for finance and manage ad hoc requests for facility repairs and maintenance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and work with finance to manage clinic expenses effectively and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a high-volume role, managing conflicting priorities and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer-first focus, experience in budget preparation and management, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and proficiency in IT tools such as I-Audit and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Relevant education and qualifications in a related field.
