Support Individuals Recovering from Work-Related Injuries

Our organization delivers high-quality services for workplace health, injury management and safety.

  • Utilize clinical reasoning skills to support individuals who have experienced physical and/or psychological injuries at work
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support the recovery process
  • Conduct vocational assessments, counseling and other evaluations depending on your area of expertise
  • Engage with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that prioritize patient-centered care
  • Support individuals in their recovery journey across various schemes and employment settings

Develop a range of skills working across different schemes. Your portfolio may include clients under Workers Compensation, CTP, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other Comcare schemes.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Passion for helping individuals recover and achieve positive outcomes
