We are seeking a professional with deep understanding of financial crime compliance to drive the adoption and implementation of our solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, showcasing the value of our offerings, and ensuring seamless deployment.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a champion for our customers, effectively positioning our products to meet their needs.
  • Qualify opportunities and collaborate with prospects and existing customers to comprehend their challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Present our product to diverse stakeholders, adapting your approach based on audience seniority and technical expertise. This will include demonstrations of business value, API and integration sessions, and architecture whiteboarding.
  • Work in tandem with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation.
  • Provide thorough handovers to the Customer Success team post-sale to facilitate speed to value for our clients.
  • Establish strong relationships externally and cross-functionally to advance the company's mission in fighting financial crime.
  • Mentor and up-skill other team members by sharing knowledge and developing reusable tools and assets.
  • Contribute feedback from the field to inform our Product organization's continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the commercial function to inform their approach.
  • Supply market intelligence to empower our commercial team's decision-making.
  • Keep the sales teams informed about key client and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial crime compliance (AML, KYC, sanctions).
  • Strong grasp of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, and customer/prospect engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize generative AI for task automation, research, and decision support.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales or consulting roles is preferred.
