Job Title: Route Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Route Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering freshly baked goods and various products to our customers, including schools, supermarkets, cafes, and hospitals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load delivery vehicles efficiently managing timing and schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are delivered on time and handled with care.
Requirements:
  • Hold an open car license and be willing to obtain a MR license.
  • Able to start from 1am.
  • Preferred experience in multi-drop deliveries.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Toowoomba area, particularly suburbs, streets, and local businesses.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg.
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday rosters.
