Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver exercise programs tailored to individual patients' requirements, focusing on injury prevention, disease management, and overall health improvement
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
- Essential qualifications: ESSA registration, valid driver's license, NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience as an Exercise Physiologist
