Job Title: Software Development Engineer

  • Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Take initiative in technical discussions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead medium-sized projects or components from start to finish.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates.
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
  • Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
  • Experience with Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of code architecture, design principles, and documentation practices.
  • Analytical mindset to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
