Job Summary:

IN TIME TEC, LLC is seeking a skilled Gate Controller to join our team. As a Gate Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure movement of people and goods on and around our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery to direct staff, visitors, and deliveries to the yard.
  • Monitor and control access to the yard, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the site.
  • Record customer details for all deliveries to the yard, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Computer literacy and experience with stock management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in all weather conditions and lift weights up to 25 kilograms.
