As a skilled nurse in our operating theatre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and assisting with complex surgical procedures.
Core Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications accurately as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized environment within the operating room at all times
- Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to guarantee optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate recent experience working in an operating theatre setting
- Have knowledge of electronic medical records systems and be proficient in their use
- Prior experience working in Australia, QLD Health, or Mackay HHS is preferred
- Hold certificates in advanced life support, basic life support, resuscitation, and triage are mandatory
- AHPRA registration and working rights for Australia are essential
