Cath-Lab Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional Nurse to join our team in the Cath-Lab & Vascular Theatre. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and providing mentorship to new and student nurses.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar environment. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Comprehensive Patient Care: You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive and safe care, by mitigating risks and meeting set clinical quality standards.
- Managing the Client Experience: You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive a positive and seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Mentoring and Coaching: You will provide mentorship and coaching to new and student nurses, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in their roles.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Professional Nurse qualification
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Operating Theatre
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Professional Nurse in a similar environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
