Employment Opportunities Coordinator

Sought after individuals with a passion for customer service and employment support are invited to apply for this challenging and rewarding role. As an Employment Opportunities Coordinator, you will play a key part in assisting clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to use computer systems efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide clients through their employment journey
  • BUILD rapport with clients and assist them on their path to employment
  • Assess client skills and abilities, identifying barriers and developing intervention strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including job seekers, employers and other service providers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality or other relevant setting is highly desirable
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, data accuracy and note taking are essential for this role
