Commercial Operations Director

Our organisation seeks a seasoned professional to lead its commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing key customer relationships, manufacturing, operations (lean principles), tenders, contracts, project management, process improvements, safety, finance and fostering a culture of responsibility, accountability and development.
A strong track record in commercial construction and building sector is highly regarded, with expertise in sales, manufacturing, and project management. A tertiary qualification and proven profit center or general management experience in medium to large manufacturing, construction, and sales operations are essential.
Key responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, operations, managing key customer relationships, tenders, contracts, project management, process improvements, safety, finance and fostering a culture of responsibility, accountability and development.
Experience with external building systems such as metal, glass, wood and concrete is desirable.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive business growth and develop their skills in leadership, commercial operations, manufacturing, sales and project management.
