About the Role

This position involves providing authoritative guidance on employment relations to operational and corporate office leaders. The successful candidate will possess expertise in employment law, with knowledge of Australian Fair Work Act and ER procedures.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage cases from start to finish, conduct investigations, compile comprehensive reports, and provide timely and accurate advice on industry-specific awards and EBAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases end-to-end;
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence;
  • Compile detailed reports and recommendations;
  • Provide timely and accurate advice on employment laws and regulations;
