Primary School Care Team Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated team leader to join our primary school care team in Palmerston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.

About the Role
  • Create a stimulating program that caters to the diverse needs of primary-aged children.
  • Develop and implement engaging daily activities that promote learning and socialization.
  • Prepare healthy snacks that meet the dietary needs of our young guests.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver a comprehensive program that aligns with our values and goals.
  2. Plan and conduct daily activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  3. Prepare and serve nutritious snacks that cater to various dietary requirements.
  4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

About You
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for childcare.
  • You hold a Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card.
  • You possess current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
  • You are available to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
