  • Engage with prospective customers at our display homes, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Support customers through the sales cycle, from initial quote to tender presentation and beyond.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers, providing regular updates and insights to help drive business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to deliver seamless and efficient documentation.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the new home sales sector.
