- Conduct annual pay and benefits reviews to ensure fairness and competitiveness
- Develop and maintain remuneration data analytics and insights to inform business decisions
- Perform job evaluation and analysis to ensure accurate compensation
- Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain remuneration controls and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. You will have experience in remuneration or a related HR role and possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. You will also have proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
