About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Specialist to join our People & Capability team at the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our Performance & Reward Framework, ensuring that our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement reward and benefits programs that align with our business objectives
  • Conduct annual pay and benefits reviews to ensure fairness and competitiveness
  • Develop and maintain remuneration data analytics and insights to inform business decisions
  • Perform job evaluation and analysis to ensure accurate compensation
  • Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain remuneration controls and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. You will have experience in remuneration or a related HR role and possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. You will also have proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
