Early Childhood Educator Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as early childhood educators. As a trainee educator, you will have the opportunity to forge your career in education while working towards a qualification.

Your Impact

As a trainee educator, you will play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their educational journey. You will work closely with our leadership team, teachers, and educators to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and our policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must:

  • Not hold a previous qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years
  • Have a permanent right to work in Australia
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Be willing to learn and develop your skills
