A Senior Clinical Pharmacist role in a dynamic healthcare setting

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to provide advanced expertise in medication management, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development. You will be responsible for applying your professional judgment in providing clinical advice and direction, consulting with senior health professionals, and negotiating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and evaluate quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
  • Provide professional development opportunities through educational activities and supervision
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication practices
  • Maintain relationships with senior health professionals and other stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced knowledge and skills in clinical pharmacy practice, complex contemporary medication management, and relevant practice standards. A postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is highly regarded. Vaccination against infectious diseases is an express condition of employment.
