We are on the lookout for skilled Knife Hands / Boners and factory personnel to enhance their workforce. While some positions may not necessitate prior experience in the Food or Meat sector, we value punctuality and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of smallgoods such as sausages, meatballs, and burgers
  • Performing knife work and boning for those with relevant experience
  • Handling a variety of meats, both raw and cooked
  • Bagging and weighing products accurately
  • Setting up and operating meat processing equipment
  • Working on cooking and packing lines
  • Conducting daily cleaning duties, including disassembly and sanitation of machinery
  • Crumbing, marinating, tenderizing, and slicing meats
  • Boxing and unboxing products while ensuring proper weighing

Candidate Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility between 5am and 5pm is essential, with 8-hour shifts
  • Flexibility in work hours
  • Personal transportation is necessary due to early start times
