About the Role

The Programs Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery, performance, and growth of our team. This role oversees operations, planning, contract delivery, and reporting, while ensuring quality standards and KPIs are met.

Programs include training and consulting as well as initiatives delivered on behalf of third parties, such as government entities. These programs are designed to help businesses grow, develop individuals, or build capability and resilience.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver new initiatives, secure funding, and identify opportunities for growth. It also includes supporting marketing efforts, building strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement across all program activities.

You are a strong communicator who builds relationships across teams, partners, and participants. Collaboration and innovation come naturally, and you're always looking for ways to improve and grow.

You have a keen eye for detail and a drive for results. You know how to meet targets, manage resources, and deliver high-quality programs that make an impact.

This role requires proven experience in managing programs or projects from initiation through to completion, demonstrated leadership experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams, experience in developing grant applications, experience in contract governance and compliance, and proven ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously and deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
