About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting AgeWell Andrew Kerr Care in Mornington, offering person-centred care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing skills to residents and supporting their families, with consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs.
The role involves:
- Delivering high-quality nursing skills to residents and supporting their families, with consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs
- Providing leadership, support, orientation and education to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants
- Promoting a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and decision-making responsibility

About YouWe are seeking a candidate who:
- Has current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Has experience as a registered nurse in residential aged care or home care
- Has experience with dementia care and palliative care support
- Has proficiency in decision-making, critical analysis and on-the-spot problem-solving
- Has demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one-on-one interactions
