Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage all civil works activities for wind farm projects, including site preparation, access roads, foundations, and drainage systems.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking key performance indicators and identifying any potential risks or issues.
- Ensure that all civil works are completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including preparing and presenting progress reports, and attending project meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering wind farm projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
A competitive salary package between $180-220k, all the tools of the trade, site uplifts on travel, and meal allowances when working away.
