About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team on the North East Link Project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage installation, pavements, and asphalt finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of civil works packages, including bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage installation, pavements, and asphalt finishing works.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality plans.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, management, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil engineering and project management, with a strong background in bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage installation, pavements, and asphalt finishing works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Civil and Construction or a Certificate IV in Civil and Construction (or equivalent).
